絞龍式超聲波洗瓶機設備簡介 Equipment introduction

本機適用于西林瓶的清洗，采用鉸龍式結構，瓶子在鉸龍內翻身，經過(超聲波)粗洗后，分別經凈化水-注射水一凈化壓縮空氣多次內外沖洗，完成洗瓶。該機根據產量采用1-5組鉸龍同時工作。循環水泵配置二道過濾器，增壓水泵配置--道過濾器，壓縮空氣配置-道過濾器，保證清洗介質的純凈。本機結構簡單,動作可靠，符合GMP要求，是制藥企業和保健品生產廠家的理想設備。

This machine is suitable for the cleaning of Xi lin bottle . It adopts hinge-type structure, the bottle is turned inside the hinge-type bottle, after rough washing (ultrasonic), it is washed inside and outside by puri Ted water, injection water and puri Ted compressed air for several times to complete the washing of the bottle . The machine uses 1-5 groups of winch to work simultaneously according to the output. The circulating pump is conTgu red with two Tlters, the booster pump is conTgu red with a Tlter, and the compressed air is conTgu red with aTlter to ensure the  purity of the cleaning  medium . This  machine  is simple  in structure, reliable in action, in line with G MP requirements, is the ideal equipment for pharmaceutical enterprises and health products manufacturers .
