本機為口服液瓶裝線聯(lián)動線機組,  用于對30ml-100ml鋁蓋模制玻璃瓶清洗、烘干、灌裝、自動戴蓋、螺紋軋制。洗瓶采用夾持回轉(zhuǎn)方式，采用兩水一氣清洗工藝；熱風(fēng)循環(huán)烘箱；灌裝采用多頭直線式伺服灌裝（其中KGF12-10與KGF16-12灌裝頭移動為伺服模組跟蹤式灌裝，其余機型灌裝頭為固定模式灌裝），計量泵采用不銹鋼泵或陶瓷泵，采用理蓋器自動送蓋，多頭機械式四刀模式（二刀軋制螺紋，兩刀封下沿）軋蓋，該機組結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，易于操作。
