本機(jī)為西林瓶裝線聯(lián)動(dòng)線機(jī)組，主要用于2ml-30ml易拉蓋硅硼管瓶的清洗、烘干、灌裝、自動(dòng)戴蓋，封口。采用供瓶盤供瓶，單道或多道蛟龍進(jìn)瓶，超聲波清洗采用兩水一氣模式，通過小撥輪送入熱風(fēng)循環(huán)烘箱，灌裝采用蠕動(dòng)泵或陶瓷泵，灌裝頭采用單頭或者多頭形式，采用理蓋器自動(dòng)送蓋，三刀式軋蓋，該機(jī)組結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，易于操作。
